Junior Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our team and contribute to exciting projects that push the boundaries of design excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with senior architects and cross-functional teams to contribute creative and innovative ideas to project designs.
   • Assist in the development and implementation of architectural plans, designs, and construction documents.
2. Design Development:
   • Contribute to the design process through sketching, 3D modeling, and other visualization techniques.
   • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and integrate feedback into design iterations.
3. Documentation:
   • Assist in the preparation and coordination of architectural drawings and specifications.
   • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations in all design and construction documents.
4. Site Visits:
   • Conduct on-site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and address any design-related issues.
5. Research and Development:
   • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to integrate innovative solutions into designs.
   • Assist in conducting research for design concepts and problem-solving.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work collaboratively with team members, including architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
   • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants to facilitate smooth project coordination.
7. Quality Control:
   • Review project deliverables to ensure they meet the established quality standards and design intent.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Strong design and visualization skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
